💳 Payment FAQ

Q: Do you have a QR code for Bank Transfer or GCash?
A: Yes! You can save the QR code below, crop it if needed, and upload it to your bank or GCash mobile app to make your payment easily.

Q:Can I use GCash to pay?
A: Absolutely! If GCash is temporarily unavailable, we kindly ask that you use one of our other payment options instead.

Q: How do I upload my proof of payment?

📦 Shipping & Pick Up

We’re getting your goodpal gear ready for adventure! 🐾 Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, pickup, and delivery times:

Q: When will my order ship out?
A: Orders head out within 1–2 business days. You’ll get an email once your order is ready for pickup or shipping, along with your tracking number so you can follow it home.

**Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?
A: Yes! Just choose the “Same-day delivery” option at checkout. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 PM. You'll receive an email once your order is ready for pickup by your courier.

Q: Do you ship across the Philippines?
A: We sure do! We offer nationwide shipping across the Philippines — wherever your pup adventures may take you. 🐾

Here are our shipping rates:

₱150 – Metro Manila (Standard delivery)
₱200 – Provincial areas
₱200 – Same-day delivery (Metro-Manila only)

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Most orders arrive within 3–7 days depending on where you’re based. Perfect timing for planning your next walk! 🐕

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not just yet — we’re working on it! For now, we deliver locally across the Philippines. Keep an eye (or ear) out for updates.

Q: Where’s my tracking number?
A: It’ll arrive in your inbox as soon as your order ships. Can’t find it? Check spam or give us a nudge!

Q: What if my order hasn’t arrived?
A: If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, don’t worry — just send us a message and we’ll look into it right away.

📏 Sizing, Materials & Fit

Q: How do I pick the right size for my doggo?
A: Easy peasy! Each product page has a size information made available (we made it simple!). You only have to measure your dog’s neck, chest, and weight for harness and apparel products— and if you’re still unsure, our team is always here to help.

**Leashes, leash accessories, car seat and other products are one-size products.

Q: Are your products suitable for all dog sizes?
A: Our products are suitable for small and medium-sized dogs for now. We’ve designed our gear with comfort, control, and good vibes for your pup!


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Once your order is placed and paid for, we’re unable to cancel it since we get started on your gear right away. So double-check your cart before checkout — your goodpal gear gets to work the moment you hit order!

Q: Can I return or exchange something if it doesn’t fit right?
A: Totally. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days — just make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging (please understand that this excludes customized items).

We issue a refund in the form of store credit. Cash refunds are only available if the item is defective, or was mistakenly listed as in stock but is actually unavailable.

Q: My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
A: Oh no! If your item came in damaged, send us a message with photos right away. We’ll cover the shipping both ways and replace the item!

Once again, this excludes customized products. We perform quality check before the item is sent for customization and conduct a final quality check after receiving it from our local embroidery partner.  

Q: Are returns free?
A: Return shipping for return or exchange is not covered at this time — but we’re working on improving this! We’ll cover the shipping if the reason is that we sent the wrong item or if it arrived damaged. 


🎁 Personalization, Gifting & Extras

Q: Can I personalize my leash set?
A: Heck yes! Add your pup’s name (or a fun word like “zoomies”) for just 150 PHP. You’ll see the option right on the product page!

Q: Can I send a Goodpal item as a gift?
A: Yes, you can! Just add a note in the Order Special Instructions box at checkout. We’ll make sure to skip the invoice and include your personal message with the package — perfect for gifting.

Sample message:

🧼 Care Instructions

Q: How do I clean my GoodPal gear?
A: Keep it easy — just wipe with wet wipes for quick clean-ups. Avoid the washing machine since the hard parts (like buckles) could scratch other clothes. Air dry in a cool, breezy spot!

Q: Anything I should avoid?
A: Yep! Sharp objects and rough surfaces can damage the fabric. When you’re not using it, store it safely away (we know some dogs are... curious 😅).
