Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Once your order is placed and paid for, we’re unable to cancel it since we get started on your gear right away. So double-check your cart before checkout — your goodpal gear gets to work the moment you hit order!
Q: Can I return or exchange something if it doesn’t fit right?
A: Totally. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days — just make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging (please understand that this excludes customized items).
We issue a refund in the form of store credit. Cash refunds are only available if the item is defective, or was mistakenly listed as in stock but is actually unavailable.
Q: My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
A: Oh no! If your item came in damaged, send us a message with photos right away. We’ll cover the shipping both ways and replace the item!
Once again, this excludes customized products. We perform quality check before the item is sent for customization and conduct a final quality check after receiving it from our local embroidery partner.
Q: Are returns free?
A: Return shipping for return or exchange is not covered at this time — but we’re working on improving this! We’ll cover the shipping if the reason is that we sent the wrong item or if it arrived damaged.
