Q: When will my order ship out?
A: Orders head out within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for pickup or shipping, along with your tracking number so you can follow it home.
(Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.)

Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?
A: Yes. Choose the Same-day delivery option at checkout for orders placed before 2:00 PM. You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for pickup by your courier.

Q: What are the shipping rates?
A: Our shipping fees are as follows:
₱100 — Metro Manila (Standard delivery)
₱150 — Provincial areas
₱200 — Same-day delivery (Metro Manila only)
Enjoy free shipping for orders above ₱3,500 nationwide.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Most orders arrive within 3–7 days depending on where you’re based — perfect timing for planning your next walk!

Q: Do you ship across the Philippines?
A: We sure do! We offer nationwide shipping across the Philippines — wherever your pup’s adventures may take you.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not just yet — we’re working on it! For now, we deliver locally across the Philippines.

Q: Where’s my tracking number?
A: It’ll arrive in your inbox as soon as your order ships. Can’t find it? Check your spam folder or give us a nudge!

Q: What if my order hasn’t arrived?
A: If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, just send us a message and we’ll look into it right away.
