Steps on placing your custom order
1. Personalize It
- Share your pet’s name and select your favorite font style, font color, and any other design preferences.
2. Place Your Order
- Add your chosen item to the cart, along with any leash or matching accessories, and proceed to checkout. (only one item per link)
3. Confirm & Create
- We’ll send you a confirmation email to review your details. Once approved, we’ll begin creating your custom piece!
- If no design preferences are selected, our system will automatically apply the default design options. Please review your selections carefully to ensure your custom product is made just the way you want it.

**Each name is embroidered by our local partners, every piece is one of a kind in its own way, with small variations that make it truly personal.
**The embroidery font will be chosen by our skilled partners, based on their aesthetic expertise, to ensure the best possible result.

Materials + Care
Please avoid contact with sharp objects to prevent scratches or damage. When not in use, store the item to avoid accidental damage. To clean, gently wipe any dirty areas with wet wipes, then air dry in a cool, ventilated area.

Shipping + Returns
Orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–7 days, depending on location.
Shipping rates
• ₱100 — Metro Manila (Standard delivery)
• ₱150 — Provincial areas
• ₱200 — Same-day delivery (Metro Manila only)
Enjoy free shipping on orders above ₱3,500.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days for unused items in original packaging (excluding customized products). Refunds are issued as store credit. For full details, please refer to our Customer Care section.
